Welcome to Hansen's Baked Goods! I’m Holly Hansen, a mom of four hungry boys who double as my best taste-testers. In our kitchen, I focus on creating hearty, wholesome recipes using clean, simple ingredients that nourish and satisfy. From tangy sourdough to delicious breakfast breads, every item I make is crafted to be both filling and nutritious—just like the food I feed my own family.

Ordering your favorite sourdough baked goods just got easier! Place your order online and choose the pickup option that works best for you.

Orders must be placed by 6 PM on Tuesdays to be ready for that week’s pickup.

Home Pickup: Thursdays from 3–6 PM at 1435 Hill Street, Spearfish (available during the summer season)
Farmers Market Pickup: Saturdays from 9 AM–12 PM at the Neighbors to Neighbors Market in Lions Park on 3rd Street

Order minimum is $30. Pre-payment via Venmo (@Holls12) is appreciated and required for all Farmers Market pickups, unless we've made prior arrangements. This helps ensure your order is set aside and ready when you arrive!

Stop by to pick up fresh-baked goods every Saturday morning at the Lions Farmers Market on 3rd Street in Spearfish. This will not affect orders being taken on Tuesday and pickup on Thursday. You have the option to pick up your bread at the farmers market, but must click this option in the order form when you place your order.

Whether you’re ready to slice into a warm loaf today or planning ahead for a busy week, I’ve got you covered. My sourdough and breakfast breads are baked fresh with the finest organic ingredients and available in both fresh and frozen options — same great flavor, same nourishing quality.
Choose what works for your schedule — no extra cost, just real, wholesome bread made to keep up with your life.
Frozen to Bake Directions
1. Run the frozen sourdough bread underwater briefly.
2. Bake in a preheated 400-degree oven for 15-30 minutes, depending on your oven.
3. OR: Leave on the counter overnight or in the morning to defrost—ready for your next meal!
